The mum-of-two hopes to help mums get fit and regain their pre-baby figure the healthy way
Michelle only gave birth to her second child Aaron in February, but the former Liberty X singer has already got back her figure. And she’s hoping to help other women do the same – with a new fitness DVD set to launch this month.
As well as a singer, Michelle, 34, is a FETAC-qualified personal trainer with extra credentials in pre- and post-pregnancy exercise, which she’s using to full effect in this three-part DVD, with a different section for each trimester. She’s also previously run both the New York and London marathons and shares exercise advice on her and her husband Hugh’s Fitness & Nutrition Facebook page.

'I know how hard it is to try and stay active during pregnancy so I wanted to share what I learnt and what helped me with others,’ Michelle told Mail Online. ‘After my first baby Faith was born, I realised that if I stayed active throughout pregnancy, to try and regain my figure afterwards would be less of a challenge. So that's what I set out to do when I got pregnant with AJ.
'I went looking for a pregnancy exercise DVD but I couldn't find one that took into account the massive changes our bodies undergo as the pregnancy develops. A trimester three lady should not be doing a trimester one workout! So I thought right, I'll do it myself.’
