Charlie is a dedicated specialist public health nurse (Health Visitor) with over 13 years of experience in the NHS, including 9 years as a health visitor, where she supported hundreds of families in the community. With a deep commitment to child health and development, Charlie is passionate about challenging outdated parenting methods and advocating for evidence-based practices to promote responsive parenting and positive child growth.

As the founder of The Healthy Child Co., Charlie offers courses, guides, resources, and expert guidance designed to help parents navigate the early years of child health and development, focusing on the first five years.

Having worked both in the NHS and private sector, Charlie has gained invaluable experience in supporting families, providing practical, evidence-based advice on child development, sleep, potty training, and more. She specialises in creating educational content and resources that provide practical solutions for common parenting challenges. Through The Healthy Child Co., Charlie has built a community of parents who benefit from their courses, resources, and educational insights.

Outside of her professional work, Charlie enjoys spending time with her family and staying active with her very bouncy golden retriever. With a mission to support families in their parenting journey, Charlie continues to offer practical advice and guidance on a variety of platforms.
