Paula Sheridan

Paula Sheridan became a coach after a long career in large corporations. Her own experience of juggling career and motherhood and seeing how many other women are stretched doing the same, led to the work she does now.  She believes the potential of so many women is not met because of the tension between career and home and wants to change that.

Paula Sheridan now works with women to help them work out their value and how to communicate it so they get their needs met – whether at home or in the workplace. She is passionate about women understanding their own value and contributions so they get the appreciation they deserve from others.  And the chance to unwrap their true potential.

She has a special interest in influence and communication and the difference effective communication can make – again both in the home and the workplace.
