Tabytha Cunningham

Tabytha Cunningham is a Partner in the employment team at Paris Smith, working part-time in a job share arrangement alongside her colleague Charlotte Farrell, who is also a Partner in the team. They provide advice to clients on a  wide range of HR and employment related matters, including flexible working requests, family friendly rights, discrimination issues and grievances. They also represent employees and employers in Employment Tribunal claims. Tabytha and Charlotte pride themselves on working together with clients to find practical solutions to the challenges they face at work, taking into account their unique situation and needs.
