Joe Wicks, aka The Body Coach, has developed some tasty juices to show just how easy it is to make easy and delicious juices at home. Some people think that juicing means a lot of sugar and that the process can be time consuming – Joe’s 10 tasty recipes show how that is not the case.

Team Lean Juice

1 pear
1 carrot
4 celery sticks
1 head of broccoli
Handful of coriander

Chill Out Juice

2 handfuls of spinach
3 broccoli stalks
3 celery sticks
1 large carrot
Handful of fresh parsley

Minty Fresh

3 handfuls of spinach
1 pear
1⁄2 a cucumber
1 kiwi
5 mint leaves

The Lean in 15 Post Workout Shake

2 carrots
1 apple
3 handfuls of spinach
3 handfuls of kale
1 scoop of whey protein (optional)

Avocad-O-Mega

(Note: you’ll need a blender for this one; just blend an avocado and then add in the juice)
1 apple
5 celery sticks
1 avocado
1 tsp of flax seed

Little Green Monster

2 apples
3 handfuls of spinach
5 celery sticks
1⁄4 of a lemon

Tiny Tree Forest

1 apple
2 handfuls of spinach
1 small head of broccoli
1 inch piece of ginger
5 celery sticks
1⁄2 a cucumber

Cool as a Cucumber

1 cucumber
2 apples
1⁄2 a lime
5 mint leaves

Carrot or the Stick

Zesty Zinger

1 pear
1⁄2 a fennel bulb
1⁄2 a lemon
