Chop berries into bite-sized pieces and serve.
Ingredients

100g rolled oats

100g plain, natural yoghurt

100ml full-fat or semi-skimmed milk

75g mixed berries, lightly crushed

2 tbsp honey

50g mixed seeds (optional)
This is an easy, no-cook breakfast Bircher Muesli which your little one can assemble with you the night before. She can help weigh ingredients and stir the mix for the Bircher Muesli – not to mention lick the spoon! Then watch her excited face when it’s all ready to eat in the morning.
1. In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, yoghurt, milk, berries and honey.
2. Divide the mixture between four small jam jars or ramekins. Sprinkle the tops with seeds if using.
3. Place in the Bircher Muesli fridge to chill overnight.
