The singer has revealed she’s expecting her second child with her partner Gerard Piqué
For weeks now, speculations been rife that singer Shakira is pregnant for the second time. And the 37 year old has now confirmed to Spanish Cosmopolitan that the rumours are true.
‘Well yes, the truth is that I am pregnant,’ she said. The magazine also hinted that Shakira and Gerard, 27, who already have a 19-month-old son called Milan, are expecting another boy.

The rumours of Shakira’s pregnancy started after her performance at the World Cup in July, where the Waka Waka singer appeared to have a small baby bump.
And her close friend, Colombian singer Carlos Vives, let her news slip during an interview in the same month, saying, ‘Yes, she is pregnant and she’s very happy.’

The singer has also jumped on the Ice Bucket Challenge bandwagon and taken part in the challenge, despite her pregnancy – just like fellow pregnant celebrities Hayden Panettiere and Dawn O’Porter.
