Tom Fletcher receives praise for ‘very 2018’ photo of son

Our favourite Insta-dad Tom Fletcher has received praise from other parents after posting a photo of his son with pink, painted toenails.

The McFly singer shared  the sweet photo with his 1.6 million Instagram followers with the proud caption, ‘That’s my boy  💅🏻.’

SO CUTE.

At the time of writing, the post has amassed over 64k likes on social media and floods of messages of praise for the 33-year-old dad.

One user wrote, 'I absolutely love how you just let Buddy and Buzz be who they want to be and do not prevent them from enjoying anything because certain things are marked as “feminine”!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻.'

Turns out, Tom isn't alone with other parents sharing their own nail painting parenting experiences.

One wrote, 'My boys (similar age to yours) have gold toenails at the moment. They want theirs done when I do mine!'

Another commented, 'Aww my boy currently has multicoloured toe and fingernails he looks fab!'

From exhausted selfies to paint-splattered cupboards to Buddy wearing pants as a hat(!!) the McFly singer and wife Giovanna Fletcher both pride themselves on showing the more relatable sides of parenting.

The pair have two sons Buddy 4 and Buzz 2.Giovanna is pregnant with their third child, due in September.
