A work-life balance is something that all working mums have to figure out and despite her A-List status, mum-of-three Kate Winslet is no different.
Speaking to Marie Claire magazine for its November issue, Kate admitted that it was a ‘juggle’.
'The thing for me personally that is a difficult transition is that my life at home is just so different to my life at work,’ she said.
'It doesn't matter which of the two is harder, it's the emotional – rather than logistic – jump from one place to another that's difficult. The juggling of it all…'

Dispelling any myths, she said in a previous interview with Glamour magazine that her daily life is not as dramatic as you might think, ‘My life is not the soap opera people would like it to be. In fact, it’s not a soap opera at all. It’s just life.’
However, the Oscar-winning actress does admit that she is in a lucky position and that actresses shouldn’t be complaining too much about how difficult it is.

‘We should never be saying that it's difficult because we are so bloody lucky. It's just not an OK thing to share,’ she said.
The 39-year-old Divergent actress has recently welcomed her third child, and first with husband Ned RocknRoll, nine-month-old Bear Blaze.

Kate is also mum to 13-year-old Mia and Alfie, 10, her children from previous marriages to Jim Threapleton and Joe Mendes.
