If you haven't seen already, beloved TV character Bluey is taking to the big screens, as the new Bluey movie has been announced for 2027.
Having quickly become one of the most popular TV shows, fans have been speculating the release of a movie or a fourth season, and have just had to enjoy the Bluey toys and new mini episodes while waiting for official announcements.
And now that it's been confirmed, it's not just children who are excited about the movie either, as Bluey is a firm favourite of parents too!
Creator of Bluey, Joe Brumm said: "I’ve always thought ‘Bluey’ deserved a theatrical movie. I want this to be an experiential event for the whole family to enjoy together."
The film will be written and directed by Brumm, with the Ludo Studio production working in collaboration with BBC Studios, and Disney will release it in cinemas.
After the Bluey movie is premiered world wide, it will be available to stream on Disney+, although no dates or timings have been confirmed about this yet.

While the creators have confirmed that a movie is being made, there has been no confirmation that a Season 4 will be released.
