Mums stop what you’re doing! Ben & Jerry’s has launched a low-calorie ice cream!
We’ve all had those days were eating half (who are we kidding, a whole) tub of Ben & Jerry’s is the only option, but for those still on that January health kick, we’ve got news that will make your day.
Your favourite ice cream brand Ben & Jerry’s have launched a brand-new range of low-calorie options! Moo-phoria light ice cream is almost half the calories of the normal option, coming in at around 140-160 calories per serving – err, yes please!
The perfect excuse for an extra spoonful (or three), there’s lots of different flavours to choose from, including chocolate milk and cookies, caramel cookie fix and P.B dough.
There’s 60-70% less fat and sugar in all of the ice Moo-phoria range, and there’s nothing nasty to substitute. Win-win! Now where’s the ice cream scoop…
