Find out what our mums thought of the D-Link EyeOn Baby Monitor.

Why would you recommend the D-Link EyeOn Baby Monitor to a friend/fellow mum?
Brilliant, such a clear picture and in colour or night vision too. It's customisable blue or pink and the unit isn't too large or intrusive for a nursery. I like that you can use it with your phone and take stills, we have captures some great images. Easy to use although set up on phone was a little difficult connecting to wifi. Easy to pack up and use at a friends house or parents. Great 360 design with smooth movements.

It's totally amazing to see baby asleep, it's a further element of peice of mind that you can't get with regular monitors. I find it fascinating to watch and it means I don't have to keep popping into baby and seeing if they are ok as I have a great picture to watch
If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?
I think that some people may be put off with using the app, so another way to view on a hand held unit may be better but I for one like the app.

Why would you recommend the D-Link EyeOn Baby Monitor to a friend/fellow mum?
The camera is large but not too big, and picture quality is very good. It was fairly easy to set up once the app has been downloaded and linked to the Wi-Fi. The fact that the camera can be placed on top of something or, if you want, drilled to the ceailing is a good design. The rotation of the camera on the base means parents should be able to get whatever angle they want of a room or a cot bed.
How does this product make your life easier as a mum?
The app, if selected, will give notifications on your phone of any change in noise or movement, meaning that you are never short of knowing whats happening. Also the fact that you can have the sound on whilst the phone is locked is an added bonus.
If you could change one thing about the D-Link EyeOn Baby Monitor what would it be?
The fact that you have to use a smart phone or a tablet to view the camera is something that could be seen as a draw back. Such devices get drained easily of battery, let alone another app running continuously.

Why would you recommend the D-Link EyeOn Baby Monitor to a friend/fellow mum?
Easy to set up As there is an app! I absolutely love seeing what my little one gets up to at bed time. I never thought I would love a video monitor so much and didn't think they were a necessary item but wow the are just great. Customisable too.
How does this product make your life easier as a mum?
You don't have to keep doing the rounds Going up and down the stairs to see baby as they are there on the screen and you can speak to them! Brilliant idea
If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?
A bigger screen but that would be in an ideal world.
