Would you recommend this to other mums?

The Luvion Prestige Touch 2 is an excellent baby monitor! I loved the touchscreen control panel and the crystal clear sound and video. The design is excellent...uber cool and it provides fantastic picture quality that you can also view in your TV! Fab!

How did this product make your life easier?

The Luvion Prestige Touch 2 monitor offered sound peace of mind as it gives such high quality sound and video. The zoom feature us great and you can play lullabies and talk back to baby...saves endless journeys up the stairs!

Would you choose this product to win?

I think this is an excellent product, both in terms of design and functionality. The images and sound are of very high quality which is the main plus, but the extra features are also an excellent bonus. Would highly recommend!

What changes would you make to this product?

The cost is slightly higher than products with similar specifications. A movement sensor would make this the ultimate baby monitor.

Tested by mum Charlotte Minton for the M&B Awards 2017:

Would you recommend this to other mums?

I would recommend this; I loved the ease of use of the Luvion Prestige Touch 2. The manual had clear instructions, so I was able to set up and use quickly. The monitor has a touch part under the screen and a great joystick button to move through menus. I loved the pan, tilt and zoom function, on the monitor you use the joystick to change position of camera to see around room. The camera comes with fixing and mount for ceiling.

How did this product make your life easier?

The monitor has two way talk back, I was able to just press the talk button on top of the monitor so I could talk so baby would hear in her room, I also tested in my toddler’s room and she could hear me talking to her. This product has a great feature, it has preset lullaby music - you just press the lullaby icon and it plays music into the baby’s room, and you can adjust how loud it is on the camera. The camera also has a night light option also which is great and comes with fixings and mount to attach to ceiling if you wish.

Would you choose this product to win?

Overall this product is great, and it is packed full of features. The size of the HD monitor makes this product stand out, it is a 7" screen, which helped me view it easily at a glance. The look of the monitor stands out, it is a nice neutral glossy white, to suit most tastes, it even has an SD card slot to record to.

What changes would you make to this product?

Maybe it would be a good idea to supply some sort of cord mounting device for extra safety. The option of including a movement sensor mat would make this even more desirable. Although this item is digital, using DECT technology would be even better.

Tested by mum Zoe Mccoy for the M&B Awards 2017:

Would you recommend this to other mums?

The Luvion Prestige Touch 2 is the best monitor I have ever come across - it has all the best bits of other monitors combined. It is robust - the monitor has been dropped by my toddler and no scratches or breaks. The picture quality even in the dark is fantastic, it has a zoom feature and you can turn the camera all around and up and down. There is a 2-way talk feature and you can play lullabies from the hand-held monitor. The nightlight is a great feature as well. You can attach the camera to the wall or ceiling with attachments provided.

How did this product make your life easier?

It's fantastic to be able to watch baby sleep or kids play while you are doing other stuff about the house. I can still talk to them without shouting all over the house with the 2 way talk feature. I love that you get a mini screwdriver in the box so you can install the battery. This really made my day as it’s always a pain trying to find a screwdriver to fit.

Would you choose this product to win?

The Luvion Prestige Touch 2 has the best features from all baby monitors and is a fantastic piece of equipment. I have never heard of the brand before and haven't seen it sold anywhere but online. I think if more people knew about this they would definitely buy it.

What changes would you make to this product?

I wouldn't change anything about the equipment itself, it is fantastic - but I would like a longer camera lead.

Tested by mum Vanessa Turnbull for the M&B Awards 2017:

Would you recommend this to other mums?

I would recommend this baby monitor to any parent as it will make you feel much more comfortable during the night knowing you can see your baby sleep. The parent unit is very easy to use, the instructions are very easy to follow and the whole system is very easy to set up. The parent unit has a stand on the back of it and the camera unit is very easy to set up with various options of installation.

How did this product make your life easier?

This baby monitor is absolutely amazing as you can see and hear your baby during the night whilst they sleep. This means I don't feel like I have to constantly be going into their room to check on them, which could end up waking the baby. The camera unit has a built in night light and you can use the parent unit to play lullabies or even talk through the camera unit to soothe baby.

Would you choose this product to win?

I would choose it over any other because it has made me feel totally comfortable during the night knowing my baby is sleeping safely. The parent monitor is the perfect size and the quality of the picture is very clear and allows you to see everything. It gives parents complete peace of mind.

What changes would you make to this product?

If I could change one thing about this baby monitor it would be to change the design of the camera unit. I would change the camera unit to be disguised, perhaps as an animal, so as the baby gets older they don't feel uncomfortable knowing that there is a camera in the bedroom with them.

Tested by mum Abigail Fudge for the M&B Awards 2017:

Would you recommend this to other mums?

This is a great baby monitor. The quality of picture is fantastic, along with being able to control the angle of the camera through the monitor. The monitor is designed to be fitted on the wall or ceiling so the whole of the room can be seen in the monitor. It is very easy to use and easy to set up.

How did this product make your life easier?

The quality of the picture and battery life is fantastic. It means it doesn't have to always be on charge and the battery can be easily replaced if it does wear out. There are so many features to this monitor. You can speak back to your child as well as record things if you need to. The angle of the camera can be easily changed through the monitor.

What changes would you make to this product?

The size of the monitor is too big and it needs a stand so it can be left on a table as at the moment it can only be laid flat. The angle of the camera needs to be able to tilt down more so it can be used on a shelf/ changing table instead of having to be attached to the wall. Not having this feature doesn't allow you to use the camera other than at home.
