The Summer Infant Privacy Plus Baby Touch Digital Video Monitor is a nice, modern-looking product that is versatile and easy to use. The touch screen (colour) offers a clear picture and the sound quality is also good. The clarity digresses when outdoors but the option to switch the video off and have only the sound function running at times is an excellent feature!

The manoeuvrability of the camera is good although it is not as sensitive when operating with the remote, as opposed to manual manipulation.  The monitor includes various camera mounting options, which means that it can be positioned in the best location within the room. The product can, however, be quite noisy – emitting a humming sound, and the temperature gauge seems inaccurate at times.

The monitor comes with travel plugs and cable clips, and offers the option of batteries as a temporary solution if baby is snoozing somewhere without plug socket.

Overall, a great quality video monitor that is good value for money!
