Would you recommend this to other mums?
My child (almost 2) absolutely adored this book from the start. It's very sturdy which is extremely important as the toddler isn't exactly careful. None of the flaps are off yet (a month later) which is a surprise. The book is very colourful with images that little ones can relate to and having both the peep a boo flaps and the noisy/musical element is an unique and good factor.
How did this product make your life easier?
I wouldn't say it particular makes life easier. It's an enjoyable book that enables parent and child to spend quality time together and encourage further conversation. I wouldn't say that there was anything about this book that enables me to do something quicker or better. I think the hard wearing book is the best feature.
Would you choose this product to win?
The book itself is extremely hard wearing and toddler proof! The images are fun, colourful and relevant. The peek a boo flaps were easy for big and little hands alike and were very sturdy (we have a history of ripped flap books in our house) the sounds were a great feature and something different.
What changes would you make to this product?
I would possibly change a few of the sounds, while the toddler reconised most sounds and associated them with the images, there were a few which didn't really match up in my opinion and may be better and more easily recognised as something else. I look forward to getting some of the other books in the series.

Would you recommend this to other mums?
It's something just a bit different. I already have several lift the flap books, but the sounds and music in this elevated it to a new level. It is colourful, cheerful and entertained my 2 year old for over 10 minutes. The pictures were a range of genders and ethnicities so very inclusive. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to other mums.
How did this product make your life easier?
This book was very intuitive and easy to use. My 2 year old had no problem grasping what to open and how to make the sound go. She was very entertained by the music page, and would often go get her own instruments when she was reading to further enhance the sound. The pages were colourful and interesting and kept her entertained.

I think this book is one step above the standard lift the flap book. By adding sounds they have broaded its appeal and made it more interactive. My 4 year old was also interested in how the battery worked and how the light sensor worked, so again more than just a standard book. I think this would be a great baby present.
What changes would you make to this product?
It is quite large and a bit bulky. I wonder if this is because of where the battery is. Also, the battery is not replaceable so I wonder when it will die. We have used this book several times a week for the last four months and it hasn't died yet though! I might add a bit more words to engage a slightly older child.
