Testing the Mini Mizzie Baby Teething Toy

mini mizzie

One thing we can all agree on when it comes to teethers is that they need to be easy to grip as there's nothing worse than losing them. That's why our testers loved Mizzie thanks to the handy ring shaped holder.

One mum said, "Really nice quality product, my daughter instantly loved it. She was able to hold the teether for long periods of time without dropping it due to its circular shape. Many hours were spent by my daughter chewing on the ears and nose of the fox, even when she wasn't using it as a teether she enjoyed just having something to hold so it became more of a comfort toy to her."

Unlike other teethers, this one is rather bright and eye catching in colour which our testers kids loved! As well as the aesthetics, parents found it super durable and could let their little ones chew with peace of mind.

"I love the colour/design and the twins get excited when they see it being pulled out to be played with. Its very easy for them to handle and they don't struggle to hold it due to it being so lightweight (unlike some teething rings etc) I like the material as previously stated the twins can bite and pull without fear something with break/snap in their mouths."

Although it isn't dishwasher or steriliser safe, mums did find this teether easy to wipe clean with a cloth. It is worth noting however that Mizzie can't be submerged in water.

"The only other product similar I have used is Sophie the Giraffe. I preferred Mizzie as it was a better size and the circular handle design made it easier for my son to hold. I also found the Mizzie design easier to clean as there weren't so many small bits that could create grime."

Some mums did comment that the teether didn't feature different textures and materials, and they thought this would improve the teether and may help the soothing feeling for little ones.

"I would add an additional textured area for them to chew on as my son personally likes this. I think this would be an ideal option to be made into a comforter and think my child would personally really like this option. Potentially the material could be slightly different as it’s very squeaky when chewed."

Final thoughts

Mums and little ones loved the eye catching colours of Mizzie and it became a much loved toy as well as a soothing teether. Little mouths could chew away to their hearts content and mums could have peace of mind thanks to Mizzie's durability.

Although it wasn't the easiest to sterilise, it wiped clean easily for safe teething and the small and compact size makes it ideal for travelling and teething on the go.
