Bathtime Buddies’ Alphabet Set is fantastic! The foam letters are brightly coloured and stick easily to the bath and bath tiles.
You will probably find though, that the tough foam is irresistible for teething tots, who cannot help but give in to an occasional gnaw. The letters also tear quite easily if pulled. They are, however, great for pre-reading and writing skills – starting conversations about letters and sounds, and older children will enjoy spelling out words; there are even extra vowels (some capitals would be nice too)! The product would be more versatile if it included shapes to make cars or boats (etc). Numbers would also be good.
The Alphabet Set is cleverly packaged, with holes at the bottom of the storage pot for water drainage and is good value for money – the perfect budget gift; fun and educational!
