Vicky: I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a car seat for their young baby. It's easy to use due to the ISOfix which is quick to install. The comfort is 10/10. The materials are wipe-clean which is very handy with babies and messy young toddlers.
Holly: The DIAMANTE i-Size Group 0+ Car seat was easy to use and the design is really sturdy and well made. I’d feel confident that in the unfortunate event my car was involved in an accident my baby would be well protected with all the safety features the DIAMANTE car seat offers. It is not too heavy and even with a large baby, it was easy to carry.
Kirsty: I think the car seat is very stylish and provided a comfortable seat for my child to travel in. I do believe it is quite expensive when you compare to other similar brands. Particularly because the Isofix base and foot muff are an additional cost. These are things I believe to be vital so it is disappointing that they are not included.
How did this product make your life easier?
Elizabeth: I would recommend this product as I think it is a strong, secure and a safe car seat for little ones. My little one was very comfortable in it and she still fit in it at 13-months-old which is impressive! It looks stylish and attractive. I think is very good value for money. It is one of the more expensive group 0 car seats on the market but I think it’s justified.
Charlotte: I just love this car seat. I've never seen or heard of the brand before but it really is a luxury product. It has a sleek design with comfort and style in mind. My son looks so comfortable in it. I love the newborn wedge which allows them to lie flat. It means I don't have to worry so much about slightly longer car journeys as he is lying flat.
Karen: I loved the AirFlo technology this car seat has. I find that in the hot weather or a warm car, the air conditioning doesn't effectively circulate to a rear-facing car seat. However, I definitely found that my baby was cooler in this car seat compared to any that I have previously used. I felt that he was more comfortable in this seat primarily due to this design.
Would you choose this product to win?
Hayley: I would choose this product over others on the market. I love the way it looks. The design and look of the car seat would draw to this product. I think it should win as I was very pleased with it. Some car seats can be quite heavy before the baby is even in.
Abigail: I would choose this product although I’d never heard of the brand before. It is a British company and how well made it is. It’s definitely worth the money if you’re looking for something a bit more luxurious. You can even pay extra to bling it up which is nice if money isn’t something you’re worried about. I have another well-known brand which had been recommended by friends. However, I do think this car seat is higher quality and feels safer than the one I originally purchased.
Amy: I wouldn't choose this product above all others on the market due to the difficulties using the Isofix base and the choice of the material. I would choose a seat where the Isofix base has an audible indication that the base/seat is fitted properly. I would also prefer a seat with a fabric rather than leather cover. Although the seat was quite roomy, I felt there was not as much head height as some other comparable seats so the baby would grow out of it sooner.
What changes would you make to this product?
Kirsty: I think it would be great if it had the option to go beyond the 0+ size. I think for the price, it’s more of an investment purchase. It is however very stylish and comfortable, and the headrest adjusts very nicely. would like the product to include the Isofix and footmuff to justify the price.
Vicky: After testing the car seat, I have to be honest I am struggling to find anything that I would change. There are so many positives about it and I would recommend to anyone. I might like to have more choice on the colours of the fabric.
Holly: I couldn’t really find fault with this car seat. The hood coverage was good but maybe a little thin. The padding was pretty good although it could be a little softer especially for a newborn but this was not a major issue. The weight was pretty good, possibly a little heavy.
