The Maxi Cosi Titan Plus has an extra padded inlay, seat and headrest and a special Maxi-Cosi ClimaFlow technology that keeps your child at the right temperature while in the car. It will grow with your child from a toddler car seat into a Group 2/3 high-back booster until around 12 years old. It features five recline positions so you can ensure your youngster is in the most comfortable position for all circumstances.

Testing the Maxi-Cosi Titan Plus
The Maxi-Cosi Titan Plus was tested by the mum of one-year-old Louie, Nikki, over the space of three months.
How did this product make your life easier?
It was super easy to fasten my little boy Louie, into the Maxi-Cosi Titan Plus and I loved how quick and simple it was to adjust the harness. He sometimes makes a fuss if a harness takes a while to tighten, but I managed to secure this one in seconds so he was much happier when we set off on our journey. I loved the button that released the strap as it made it really quick and easy to lift Louie out, especially when he fell asleep in the car seat.
The seat inserts are very easy to remove and add back in, making it quick and simple to wash them after we headed home after a messy play session!
Would you recommend this to other parents?
Yes absolutely, it feels so well made and high end. Louie was so comfortable in the seat, it’s really wide and spacious so he has lots of room to grow. It’s great that the car seat will last until he’s 12 as well, making it superb value for money.
The additional top strap made it feel extra secure and I felt confident that Louie was safe and protected. He was so happy babbling away in this car seat, that I knew he was comfortable and settled – proven when he took his afternoon nap in it with no fuss at all!
I also tried my two-year-old niece in this seat and, as she’s bigger than Louie, I needed to adjust the height – it was so easy, made even more so by the shoulder position seat belt slot.
Would you choose this product above all others on the market?
I really like Maxi Cosi as a brand as their car seats are so well made, really sturdy and long-lasting and the wide spacious fit means they’re really comfortable. I like that it will last Louie until he is old enough not to need a car seat. It doesn’t feel flimsy like some other car seats I have used but is still lightweight enough to move between cars if needed.
What changes would you make to this product?
This would be the perfect car seat if it had a spin function! I really like everything about the seat but I found it quite difficult to lift and fit Louie into it, especially at the moment as he needs lifting in. But once he’s old enough to climb in himself, I don’t think it will be as much of a problem.
How does the Maxi-Cosi Titan Plus compare to previous versions?
The most obvious comparison would be to the Maxi-Cosi Titan of which the Plus is an upgrade. At £169.99, it's quite a bit cheaper than the Titan Plus and while both go up to 12 years, the Titan does not have the extra padding or breathable fabric.
