Luckily for us, the TOWIE star and model has also shared the newborn baby essentials that she's been loving since the birth. These best buys have made her life much easier on a daily basis, especially with two little ones under the age of two.
If you are expecting or have a little newborn of your own, check out Lauren's must-haves that she's found to be genuinely helpful. She's explained exactly how each product has helped her and based on the comments on her Instagram post, most have been must-haves for other mums too!
Lauren Pope's newborn must-haves
"Pre-measure out formula for the day & take it out with you. Perfect when you're trying to make a bottle with one hand!"
"You can pour boiling water in, add formula then shake it in the flask, and like magic it makes the water the perfect temperature & turns green when it's ready It's the only prep machine approved by the NHS".

"Unlimited amounts of muslins, babygrows & vests. You will get through SO many muslins, they can be used for so many different things."

Lauren explained that zip-up clothing was essential. "This makes changes quicker and less faff, this kid was on outfit number 5 when I filmed this so you can get the idea of how many clothes they get through with nappy leaks, sick, dribble, etc." These aren't the exact pyjamas little Leni has, but Lauren did confirm her zip-up sleepsuit was from H&M.

"Keeps baby's head warm outside of the bath, helps dry hair quicker, and makes them feel more cosy."

"This is great for when they wake up in the night, you can just reach over whilst you're still laying in bed, perfect when they keep dropping the dummy! Also, fold a muslin and tuck it in where babies head is and it means if they are sick or dribble, you only need to change the muslin rather than the whole sheet (you will appreciate this at 3am I promise)." The SnuzPod also features on our pick of the best bedside cribs and cots.
"This was a game changer for me with already having another daughter, it means I'm hands free so can push a buggy, walk our dog and just generally have a less stressful time when I'm out and about with them both." We'd definitely recommend the Freerider Co. Baby Sling - it's a Mother&Baby Award winner after all.
Lauren has multiple nappy caddies and changing mats. "We have two of these caddy and mat setups, one downstairs and one upstairs so no matter where you are at home, you have bits to hand."
"This obviously allows you to see what baby is up to from the front of the car but this one has a remote control that can turn the light on for you - perfect for when the darker nights start to come in."
"The mat can double up as a clean space to lay baby for changing or if you're out and about and the activity toys on top are great for stimulation & development, keeps them entertained when you need a break." This play mat is also a favourite of Made In Chelsea's Louise Thompson.
"These have a habit of disappearing so a good supply means you're never without." Make sure you're stocked up with the best dummies for breastfed babies and newborns.
"This works when you need some soothing sounds and also keeps them mesmerised when it's dark and they can fix their attention to the moving lights."
