If you've been following Stacey Solomon on Instagram for a while, you will know she is a dab hand when it comes to all things crafty around the house. Ever since Stacey and partner, Joe Swash, moved into Pickle Cottage last year with the rest of the family, we have been obsessed with watching her transform their new house into a home. If you're wondering how the busy mum-of-four has done it, you can read all her hints and tips in her new book - Tap To Tidy at Pickle Cottage.
Stacey has really got her hands stuck into all the DIY projects inside and outside Pickle Cottage. From the very first project of panelling the walls inside her so-called 'blue loo' to painting the kitchen walls. She's shared with her followers every step of the transformation, including showing the process of creating Leighton, Zachary and Rex's bedrooms, the decoration of baby Rose's nursery, and the games room for Joe's birthday.
Writing about the house project, Stacey commented: "I have worked SO bloomin' hard every single day to turn Pickle Cottage into our home. I've poured my love, my whole heart and my soul into it."
If you've ever looked at Stacey's Instagram stories and thought about how you could achieve something similar in your own home, the influencer's new book will have the answers. From the sneak peeks she revealed on social media, the second book in Stacey's Tap To Tidy series looks like it will feature guides on how to do wall panelling, installing vinyl, fitting kitchen worktops, and sanding wooden flooring.
We will have a couple of months to wait until we can get our hands on it, as it's being released on 29 September 2022. However, you can pre-order it now - so it'll land on your doorstep as soon as it's available.
