Read on to learn first-hand what our parent testers thought of these products.

On a scale from 1-10, how easy did you find i-Level™ pro to install?
One tester wrote: "10/10. I found the installation of the i-Level™ Pro to be remarkably simple. It was a quick and painless process, requiring very little effort. I had it safely installed in my car within minutes."
Another tester commented: "This was probably the easiest car seat I have ever fitted into our car! Sometimes, it can take some serious jiggling and aligning, but the base was fitted in minutes. I think having a visual of the fitting instructions on the base massively helps vs. looking through instructions. It's literally clear as day in front of you."
Another tester said: "Setting up and finding the right fit for infant car seats has always been a bit of a complex process for us in the past. Car seat safety is so important, so we were keen to read the manual thoroughly to ensure we had the correct fit and installation before going out for a trip for the first time. The i-Level™ Pro set-up was so simple. The car seat lifts out of the box with no assembly required.
"We scanned the QR code on the label to ascertain which inserts our 7-month-old 58cm little girl needed in the seat, and the instructions were easy to follow. The seat is suitable for 40cm, and all inserts should be present until the baby is 60cm. She also required the straps at the lowest setting, meaning she had plenty of room to grow, and the seat should definitely last her until she reaches 15 months old.
"We loved the fact that the i-Base Encore clicked into the ISOFIX points in the car so effortlessly. The green indicators on the ISOFIX points and support leg made it very clear when the base was installed correctly. After a quick watch of the video on the Joie website, we were all set up and ready to roll. The seat clicked on and off the base with the use of just one lever, and we loved how there was even the option to use the seat with a seatbelt installation - an option really useful for us as we go on lots of day trips in friends and grandparents’ cars also. "

What features of i-Level™ pro made you feel as though your baby was safe and secure during your journey?
One tester wrote: "The ISOFIX base and the i-Level™ pro provided a strong sense of security for my baby girl. Everything clicked into place perfectly, and although not a magnetic buckle like the pushchair, the buckle was still incredibly user-friendly. I had to re-check the instructions to ensure I had done everything step by step - which I had! I'm confident anyone, even first-time users, could use it with ease."
Another parent wrote: "As a mother of three, the Joie brand alone gives me confidence that the product is created with safety at the core design of it all. The lovely aesthetics and innovative add-ons are great, but ultimately, car seats are a device required to transport the most precious cargo I’ve ever transported, and I do trust Joie products to help me with this."
Another tester thought: "We were so impressed by many features of the i-Level™ Pro. The fact that the seat is R129 certified gave us peace of mind that it was installed correctly and ready to give our little girl the safest possible ride in the back of the car. The stand-out feature, of course, has to be the deep recline of the seat. Knowing that our little one was able to lie almost completely flat whilst travelling in the car gave us peace of mind that her airways and spine were protected, especially on long journeys. The extendable hood was also a super feature of the car seat, and it allowed us to shade our little girl from the winter sun while travelling in the car and using the i-Level™ Pro for short trips on the pushchair chassis."
Did you feel as though your baby was comfortable when travelling in the i-Level™ Pro?
One tester wrote: "My baby was clearly very comfortable in the i-Level™ Pro. She showed no signs of discomfort and, instead, was happily looking around, seemingly enjoying the view. The spin was effortless, and her constant smiles reassured me that she was happy, safe, and comfortable. Plus, she consistently fell asleep during car rides, a testament to her comfort!"
Another parent wrote: "Our little girl looked so comfy and cosy. She didn’t look squashed like they can in some car seats. The padding felt like it wasn’t just cheap hardened sponge, it was cushioning around her little body. I’m very conscious of their soft, tiny bones when it comes to mattresses and car seats, so I do look for the best, and I am always happy to pay for quality."
Another tester said: "Yes, my baby seemed very comfortable while travelling in the i-Level™ Pro. The padding offered excellent support and cushioning. The adjustable headrest and reclining positions allowed for a comfortable ride, allowing my baby to safely fall asleep in the knowledge that he was suitably supported."

What were your favourite features of the i-Level™ pro, and why?
One tester wrote: "My favourite feature of the i-Level™ Pro is the secure installation. It was both easy and reassuring, giving me confidence in my baby's safety. Combined with the incredibly simple buckle, transitioning my baby from home to the car was quick and effortless, making outings much less stressful and less of a chore! I honestly wish I had this product from the newborn stage."
Another parent wrote: "THE RECLINE – say no more! I have never been able to successfully remove my baby from a car seat into a safe sleeping space as smoothly as possible, even with my previous 360 seats. Well, now I don’t need to worry as I can remove the seat with and recline my baby girl so her little airway is provided with a safe sleeping position. What a game changer, well done Joie I applaud you!"
Another tester commented: "For me, the spin functionality on the ISOFIX base was amazing. I've never come across this before on an infant carrier, and it made getting my daughter, into the car so much easier than our previous car seat, especially with her being a bit bigger now. It also meant we could properly assess her fit in the seat when getting her settled to make sure she was properly secured each trip."

Would you recommend i-Level™ Pro to another parent, and why?
One tester commented: "I will continue to highly recommend the i-Level™ Pro. I've already passed on my recommendation to an expectant mother who has purchased the whole package, and I'm confident she'll find it as user-friendly as I was. The incredibly simple installation process was a massive plus, particularly for busy parents who have enough to think about when caring for a baby and any additional children."
Another parent wrote: "Yes, I would definitely recommend the i-Level™ Pro to other parents. The combination of safety, comfort, and ease of use makes it an excellent choice for a car seat. The high-quality materials and thoughtful design ensure that my baby is well-protected and comfortable during our travels. It's a reliable and convenient option for parents who want the best for their little ones. It also looks very stylish and attractive!"
Another tester said: "I would definitely recommend this seat. Its comfort, design, recline, and spin are all such great features to see compared to our previous car seat. It really has a premium feel, and I especially like that the base can be used with a next-stage seat also so it'll grow with my daughter, Ella, and has more longevity."
Is there anything you would change about i-Level™ Pro?
One tester said: "The only adjustment I'd suggest for the i-Level™ Pro system is to consider an integrated adapter solution for the travel system. Forgetting the separate adapter meant I couldn't transfer my sleeping baby from the car seat onto the pushchair, which was inconvenient in a rush. Having it permanently attached would be much more user-friendly. I have no issues with the car seat and the ISOFIX itself."
Another parent wrote: "We really can’t find fault with the i-Level™ Pro. Now that we have the i-Level™ Pro, we can’t imagine using any other car seat. The quality, functionality and safety features all combine to make it the perfect first infant car seat for any family."
Another tester said: "I really don't have anything I would change about the seat or base. They really are fantastic. I just wish they'd been around when my oldest was born, as they've made our life on the go so much easier."

What features on finiti™ made you feel as though your baby was safe and secure?
One parent wrote: "Travelling with the finiti™ gave me real peace of mind about my baby's safety. The snug, 5-point harness, while occasionally a bit tricky to adjust, was incredibly easy to secure thanks to the magnetic buckle. The stroller's robust tyres and smooth suspension handled any terrain, from woodland paths to pavements, ensuring a gentle ride that kept my baby undisturbed. The reliable brake, essential in our hilly Buckinghamshire area, provided firm stops, preventing any accidental rolling. Plus, the generously sized, weather-resistant canopy shielded my baby from the elements, even during an unexpected rain shower, allowing her to sleep soundly and undisturbed without needing to put the rain cover over."
Another customer said: "The finiti™ stroller has several features that made me feel confident about my baby's safety and security. The frame feels incredibly sturdy and comes with a newborn insert, which makes it comfortable and well-fitting for my baby. The 5-point harness keeps my baby securely fastened, preventing any accidental slipping or movement. I particularly like the magnetic clicking in of the harness itself, which allows this to be done quickly and efficiently. Additionally, the brake located at the front of the pram is easy to use and reliable, never getting stuck, ensuring the stroller stays in place when needed."
Another parent said: "The finiti™ is so well designed and well thought-out that there were so many features that impressed us. Our favourite feature was the extendable hood, which gave us ultimate coverage of the elements. When unzipping the expandable panel, the hood covers the baby all the way down to their waist, so they are sheltered from sun and wind. The hood also has a brilliant peek-a-boo window that doubles as a ventilation panel. My little girl loves to forward face at the moment, so using the peep window to check in on how she was doing gave me a huge amount of reassurance. The magnetic harness was also simple but super effective. It gave a reassuring clunk when it was clipped in securely, and the magnetic clips took the strain and struggle away from fastening the harness for us parents."

Did you feel as though your baby was comfortable when travelling in finiti™?
One parent wrote: "My baby's comfort in the finiti™ was undeniable, especially during our extensive travels around Paris and Disneyland Paris (12-hour long days). Even during long stretches of upright seating, sometimes for a couple of hours, she napped soundly for hour-long stretches. The feature of lowering the back made it straightforward to allow sleeping lying down. The hood was also great for creating darkness and drowning out distractions. Given her tendency to voice discomfort, I'm certain she was perfectly content. We added a footmuff to combat the cooler weather, which was incredibly easy to attach, ensuring she stayed warm and cozy throughout our adventures."
Another parent said: "Yes, my baby seemed very comfortable while travelling in the pram. The pram itself is well padded, and the harness has attached straps, which increases comfort. The design of the pram itself offers ample support, making it suitable for long walks and outings, and it has been used in multiple situations, such as on and off-road terrain. The adjustable recline feature allowed my baby to lie back comfortably for naps or sit up when not due for sleep. I do feel that the flattest recline option could be slightly flatter as it is still angled, but this still works appropriately for safe sleeping. The pram itself has great suspension, allowing for a smooth ride for my baby, and I was even able to push this one-handed, thanks to the big wheels! The only downside is that the pram seems to struggle slightly with small curbs, and my baby always looked like he was being bumped around when going up and down these."
Another parent added: "My daughter seemed so comfortable in the pram. We got a great fit with the straps, and the different recline options were perfect for when she was either more alert or when she was taking a nap on the go. The recline button was smooth and easy to use, and I liked that there's a lie-flat option so she can sleep well when we're out and about. She also loved the parent-facing option. It's great to be able to choose between parent and forward facing depending on what we're doing that day, and I really liked that it's super easy to set up facing the other way. No additional clips or anything were needed, and the pram is just as simple to fold either way."
What was your favourite feature of finiti™ and why?
One parent said: "The finiti's exceptional smoothness on any surface is my absolute favourite feature. The handlebar's easy height adjustment ensures comfortable pushing for everyone. Plus, the generously sized basket, along with the convenient clip-on bag, offers an abundance of storage—perfect for those extended outings with babies and children."
Another parent wrote: "There are so many brilliant features on the finiti™ that it is really hard to choose just one favourite. The large basket was brilliant for carrying coats and backpacks on the school run. We loved the removable satchel bag that was brilliant for keeping nappies and wipes in, a fab feature! The puncture-proof all-terrain tyres were brilliant for walks both on the pavements and around parks and over grass. We enjoyed the all-in-one, one-handed fold, even when the pushchair was in parent-facing mode, but by far, our favourite feature has to be the huge extendable hood. It gave so much shade for nap times and was brilliant for sheltering our little one from the elements."
Another parent said: "There are so many I could choose from, but I thought the small detachable carry bag that clips onto the basket was such a useful, handy feature. I've set it up as a changing bag, so it's great in a pinch as it's always with the pram, and it means I can get some use out of my own bags again. I also loved that the basket underneath was so roomy and the easy fold mechanism on the pram."

On a scale from 1-10, how easy was finiti™ to use, from set up to fold?
One parent wrote: "9 - The finiti™ is a great quality pushchair with so many simple but effective and intuitive features that made parenting whilst out and about that bit simpler. The set-up was simple to complete and took no more than 5 minutes, even with a little one ‘helping’! The fold was a breeze once we practised a few times. Simply flip the seat unit all the way forward using the button and lever on the rear of the seat and then grab the hand strap and lift the pushchair - it automatically folds into a very neat package. We were able to fit the pushchair in the narrow boot of our VW Multivan with ease - we usually have to remove the wheels of our current pushchair to fit it in. To unfold, simply unclip the lever on the side of the chassis and pop everything back up again. The fact that the car seat adapters are attached together with a carry strap is absolutely ingenious, and we wish this was the case with more brands. Such a simple design feature saved so much time hunting for adapters in the boot of the car!"
Another parent said: "I would rate the finiti™ an 8 out of 10 for ease of use, from setup to folding. The initial setup was straightforward, and the instructions were clear. Folding and unfolding the stroller is very easy with the one-hand fold mechanism, which is especially handy when managing a baby at the same time. The only slight drawback is that the stroller is a bit bulky when folded, which can make it challenging to store in smaller spaces or car trunks. My husband sometimes struggles to get the folding mechanism to engage fully and has to try a second time, which can be a minor inconvenience."
Another parent added: "It would probably be an 8. In terms of setup, the finiti™ did come with a few parts that needed attaching (wheels, pram hood, etc). However, the instructions were self-explanatory and easy to follow from the manual. I managed to get it all built within 15 minutes with the toddler's assistance, so it was quite quick to do. Setting the seat up forward and rearward facing required a little thought initially; however, it was easy enough to do on the go. I found the prams fold very easily; you simply fold the seat and then pull a strap that folds the pram fully. This is super easy to do on the go and makes getting my daughter and the pram in the car really quick when popping out."
Would you recommend finiti™ to another parent and why?
One parent said: "We would absolutely recommend the finiti™ to other parents for the simple reason that it is such brilliant quality. The features were so intuitive to use, and the pushchair system as a whole looks incredibly stylish, too."
Another parent wrote: "I would definitely recommend this to any parent who needs a single stroller. I've found this pram so versatile and adaptable for every situation. I love its many features, like the carry bag, different facing options, and the adjustable handlebar, and it has a premium look and feel. In addition, Joie is such a trusted brand, and from previous experience, their aftercare is second to none, and they have a great warranty as well."
Another parent added: "I wholeheartedly recommend the finiti™ to other parents and expectant parents. In fact, I've already recommended it to a family member expecting in June, and they've purchased the full package! The system's thoughtful features ensure comfort for both the baby and us as parents, and its ease of use makes travelling stress-free. The quality is evident, giving me confidence that it will last for years to come."
Is there anything you would change about finiti™?
One parent said: "We have loved everything about this pushchair, but if I had to give feedback on any changes or adjustments to it, I would have preferred to have seen a little more fabric on the sides of the seat unit. It feels very open and not as cosy, but I appreciate we have been using it during a winter month where it has been bitter outside, and my daughter is quite tiny still to really feel the elements. I think it would also offer some protection in summer. Also, when I’m out walking and come across curbs/drops, etc., I typically always use my foot on the bar of the pushchair to steady it before trying to manoeuvre. I’ve had to catch myself a few times to not do this and not put my foot on the clip-on bag. I do wonder if the bag would be better suited to being clipped across the handlebars like other Joie models have with the cup holder and privacy pouch. Lots of companies sell this type of add-on for pushchairs, so I do think mums/parents find it helpful."
Another parent wrote: "The finiti™ impressed us so much that we have very few niggles, however, if we were to change one thing, we would add some fabric sides to the seat to make the space cosier for little passengers and to protect them from the elements a bit more. At present, the seat is very open. For younger babies especially, the seat would be better used with a footmuff to add a bit more protection."
Another parent added: " The only thing that's missing for me would be a storage pocket, maybe within the basket, to store the rain cover and keep it attached to the pram just in case it's needed when out and about. Alternatively, you could use the small detachable carry bag to store this, however for me it's an ideal changing bag for on the go so I wouldn't want to lose this functionality."
