Testing the Munchkin 360° Cloud Baby High Chair

Our parent testers were overall very impressed with this high chair, especially how easy it was to set up and, of course, its standout feature, the 360° swivel. "The chair is really easy to assemble," said mum tester Lauren. "The swivel functionality means that it’s really convenient to move your child to a different direction when in use. The removable pads means that you can also clean the chair easily. It’s well made, sturdy and actually looks really nice when all assembled."

Mum tester Catherine was also in agreement: "The chair was super easy to set up. It's so sleek and modern looking and it looks great in our dining room. My son seemed to be comfortable in it too. The swiveling feature is really useful for us as we could face our little one in the direction we wanted with just one click of a button. The five-point harness system is very useful in containing the little one in the chair for mealtimes meaning I don't have to worry about him escaping or trying to climb out."

Other positives of this high chair that really stood out for our parent testers included its sleek, neutral design, how easy it was to clean, as well as the comfort given by the padded seat and straps.

Final verdict

When asked if there was anything our parent testers would like to see improved on the high chair the main thing that came up was the chair's legs. For some of our mum testers they felt these came out too wide and that this could be a little hazardous, while others found they took up a lot of space.

"The product certainly looks good, feels premium and appears comfortable for the little one to be sitting in," said mum tester Catherine. "Compared to other products we have used, the 360° swivel certainly makes it unique and wins hands down on this aspect. The five-point harness system is also something we are not used to, but came in very handy for containing the little one. The only main downside for this product is the amount of space it takes up. The legs are very wide and therefore can often form a trip hazard for smaller dining rooms."

The price point also came up as an issue for a couple of our parent testers. However, overall, they loved how useful the swivel feature was during mealtimes, how attractive the chair looked and how easy it was to clean.
