As a second time parent, I had decided not to do another antenatal course due to having already attended one of these with my first born and the significant cost attached. I thought to myself "I have already done this once, I haven't forgotten that much, right?". The On-demand foundation antenatal course is incredibly thorough and I wish I'd know about it in my first pregnancy as it over unrivalled access to information with experts leading the topics. The course covers all the topics that my in person course had done but isn’t disrupted with other couples asking questions or interactive game. This course has different professional to cover different subjects and doesn’t just gloss over topics but gives you a fundamental understanding of pregnancy, birth and how to prepare yourself physically and mentally. Not only is this course incredibly thorough but you also have access to a members page where you can post questions and a midwife will respond. This is incredibly useful and a really nice feature.

This is a fantastic course to prepare for childbirth. It is one source of all the information you need to know what to expect and what to do in the lead-up to, during, and after birth. The course is split up into short videos on different topics covering all areas regarding childbirth. It is easy to navigate through the videos, watching them in order or skipping to videos of interest. It is clear that the information is coming from health professionals and so is trusted, accurate, medically correct information, all delivered in a down-to-earth, relaxed format.

The On-demand foundation antenatal course was incredibly informative. There was lots of useful information to help mums to be (especially first time mums) understand what happens before/during and after birth all in one location. Easy to use and able to revisit topics if necessary. Experienced midwives sharing their knowledge.

Really good for those who don’t want to attend a face to face course or struggle to with other commitments. The course Allows you to select modules that are relevant to what mums to be want to learn about and also skip modules that might not be applicable or of interest to individuals for example I knew I was having an elected C-section so I was able to tailor my learning towards this which I found really helpful.

This is amazing whether it's your first baby or you have other children. You have access to all the up to date information about your pregnancy journey. It was like having my own personal midwife who was accessible 24/7. The website is also easy to navigate and work through. It had various sub sections signposted! All in all a fab product that I would 100% recommend to fellow mums.
