At a glance:
With a snug and comfortable fit, our panel of mum testers thought these Boots Super Dry nappies were a good choice. That said, a few of our testers did experience some leaks around the leg area and found them a little bulky.
What they say:

I would recommend this product to a friend as a good spare to have in the nappy bag, rather than a product to use all the time. It is a cost-effective nappy, but personally I would rather pay more and have a product that fit my baby better. I did like the design on the nappy – the print was colourful without being garish, and I liked the animal pictures. The nappy was also a good hygienic option, as it did not leak when rolled up once used.
How did this product make your life easier?
The nappy does exactly what you expect a nappy to do in terms of keeping your baby dry overnight. That said, the fit of this nappy wasn’t as good as my normal Pampers nappies. The nappy was quite bulky as a whole and covered more of my baby’s legs, which did rub when worn overnight. I also didn’t find the fastener tabs as stretchy as Pampers, and therefore found them more difficult to fasten when my baby was wriggling around. The material was fine and the design was cute, and the nappy was durable and did last the night, however the absence of the wetness line to tell me if the nappy was wet was a major negative for me.
Would you choose this product to win?
I would choose this product as a good back up option, or a nappy to have as a spare when I need. As a cost-effective product, it does what it says on the tin and it kept my baby dry overnight which is crucial. That said, I currently use Pampers Premium Protection and do not think I would change. The fit was bulky and the absence of a line to tell me if the nappy was wet means that, to me, Pampers is the superior product.
What changes would you make to this product?
The fit - if the nappy could be made less bulky with better fastener tabs then it would be a much better option for me.

I would definitely recommend the Boots nappies to a fellow mum and friend. The nappies feel like they are made from high quality materials and they feel lovely and soft, which makes them feel like the right choice for my son. He didn’t get sore whilst using them and they fit nicely around his legs and bottom, meaning that there are not any unexpected leaks. I like that they are fairly pale in colour, which means they don’t show so much under light coloured clothing, unlike some other brands we’ve tried.
How did this product make your life easier?
The nappies feel really soft to touch and seem to be very comfortable. They are really easy to put on, even when my son is wriggling and the stretchy tabs work well without being restrictive. They fit my son really well and we only had one minor leak, which was overnight, but it was a rare night when he woke and fed more than usual. When wet they don’t look like they sag, which it a definite bonus as it makes movement easier for him.

Normally I use the Aldi Mamia nappies and these Boots Super Dry nappies are a little more expensive. Although they are very soft and do have a lot of good features, I'm not sure that they would be enough to make me want to switch to a more expensive brand. I also notice that the size four+ ones only seem to come in small packs of 28 nappies. I prefer a bigger pack as otherwise I'd have to buy two or three packs at a time.
What changes would you make to this product?
I am being really picky here, as on the whole I really like these nappies, but I would change the picture on the front and back of the nappies. They don’t feel particularly gender neutral, which is important for some people. They feel geared towards boys (I have a boy so they are fine for us), but I feel the colours used and the picture definitely feels like they have a male vibe about them.

I would recommend these nappies to a friend due to their durability and value for money. They hold any mess well and are able to absorb a significant amount of urine. They allow for freedom of movement and stay in position even for a wriggly, crawling baby. The nappies can be used during the day and at night and the fit is snug but comfortable, with no rubbing or chaffing on either my baby or toddler. My little girl loves the elephant print on the nappy and even requested them over another brand the other day.
How did this product make your life easier?
These nappies are easy to use and packaged compactly, which allow them to fit easily into a change bag. They are durable and can be used during the day or at night. Both my eight-month-old son and my 26-month-old daughter have worn them overnight and we have experienced no leaks. My children can move well in the nappies with no rubbing or chaffing – the size of the nappies is accurate and they fit snuggly.

I think that this is a fantastic product which should certainly be in with a good chance of winning. The animal (elephant) design is fun and children love it. To me a stand out feature of the nappy is just how durable it is – it does not lose its shape even after hours of wear. The Boots Super Dry nappies have excellent absorbency, paired with a snug and comfortable fit that allow my children to be their wriggly active selves with ease. I will definitely be buying this product again.
What changes would you make to this product?
Overall, I have been more than impressed by these nappies. They are durable, strong, absorbent and long lasting. If I were to have one criticism of the product it would be that the sticky tabs can be a little tough to initially release when preparing to secure the nappy. Other than that, I would be more than happy to purchase this product and recommend it to others.

Would you recommend this to other mums?
I would recommend these nappies due to the ease of use and the fact they do not leak. Our daughter has been comfortable when wearing them and when using them they are of a good quality. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into the design of the nappies, as they fit better and we have had less leakages than the Aldi nappies we have been using. These nappies are a good fit and do not move when you have an active baby – I’m very impressed!
How did this product make your life easier?
As our little one is moving more, it is good to know that these nappies stay put during movement. We used the size three nappies and we have not had any leakages. The nappy has been designed well, with a good fit around the waist and legs. Even on a longer use, such as the overnight nappy, this holds well with no leakages. It has been so nice not having to constantly soak clothes in vanish to get the stains out!

We like the fit of the nappy and that it stays put when baby is moving, which is especially important for a baby that has started to crawl and is getting very active. However, the price for the size three nappies is higher than I currently pay – with Boots you get 30 or 34 nappies for £3.50, whereas with Aldi you get 56 nappies for £3.49, and when on a budget you need to consider this, so unfortunately due to cost, we would probably stick with Aldi.
What changes would you make to this product?
The main improvement here would definitely be the price as £3.50 for a pack of 30 or 34 nappies is quite expensive. I also think it would be good to do various bulk purchase options, rather than just the smaller pack purchase. The only other improvement would be to make the pattern on the nappy more vibrant and fun, as currently it is a bit bland.

Would you recommend this to other mums?
Personally, I wouldn’t recommend these nappies to fellow mums as although they seemed comfortable and the material is good, I think for older babies on the move they need to be a bit more flexible, as I had a few leaks. That said, I like the design of the nappies and the pictures, which my little one would always look at before I put the nappy on.
How did this product make your life easier?
These nappies didn’t make my life easier as a mum – I actually had a few leaks whilst using the nappies, which thankfully happened when I was at home, or it would have been embarrassing. My little one gets very full nappies at nights and I found with these nappies, some nights were fine and others I would have to wake him to change him during the night.
Would you choose this product to win?
I wouldn’t choose this nappy over my usual brand as I have never had any issues with them. I also don’t think these nappies should win a Mother & Baby award as I think there are a few minor tweaks which need to be made. My main issue was the leaks, which is something all mothers just do not want. Also, the material needs to have a bit more movement around the leg area for crawling or walking babies. With my usual brand of nappy, I can leave my baby to sleep throughout the whole night and not have any leaks or rashes.
What changes would you make to this product?
One thing I would change about this nappy is the flexibility around the leg area, where I had leaks due to my baby always being on the move. The leaks were the only issue I had with these nappies and if this was changed, I would be willing to try using these nappies again.
Tested by mum Lisa David for the Mother & Baby Awards 2017:
Would you recommend this to other mums?
I would recommend these nappies to other mums. They are absorbent, for well and look comfortable for my baby. Although these probably too big for my baby, I could see that they were effective and she was happy and content wearing them. The pack size is good and the price is also appealing, compared to some other brands.
How did this product make your life easier?
Knowing that my baby is comfortable is the most important thing and these allowed me, as a mum, to feel relaxed that my baby was wearing a nappy that is absorbent and comfortable. My baby can be prone to nappy rash and these nappies seemed to help keep that at bay, which is very important to any mum.
What changes would you make to this product?
There is nothing I would particularly change about these nappies. The design, absorbency, comfort of these nappies is of a good quality but there are other, less expensive brands out there which are comparable to these factors. Perhaps if Boots could match that, I would be more inclined to use these as my go to nappies.
Tested by mum Hannah Kenway for the Mother & Baby Awards 2017:
Would you recommend this to other mums?
Definitely, babies need nappies and these were fantastic, amazing value for money at 3 for £7 which makes them just £2.33 a pack! Half the price of other leading brands and they really did the job, they have lovely designs and feel so soft, I can only assume that they are comfortable on my little one.
How did this product make your life easier?
Every baby needs nappies and these were great, so soft and kept him dry, easy to do up and stayed in place, they definitely rivalled the leading brands and I could honestly say I found no difference.

These are great value for money, they're soft to touch easy to fasten up and stay done up, they absorb all liquids, and have a lovely design too!
What changes would you make to this product?
I honestly wouldn't change a thing about them. I love them!
