How did this product make your life easier?

Joanne said: "The Bloomsbury Mill Safari Adventure Nap Mat was glorious! I was not convinced at first because my toddler always naps on me and nowhere else, so couldn’t imagine him wanting to use the nap mat. However, he loved it! He was so excited to try it out as soon we received it. It’s totally transformed my days now as I can actually get things done when he’s napping instead of being nap trapped!"

Deborah said: "My toddler likes to nap downstairs. We’ve always done it this way to distinguish between daytime naps and nighttime sleep. Usually, on the sofa with a blanket on top, this is not the most comfortable set-up. However, with this product, you can easily unroll the set, there is a comfortable surface to lie on, a soft pillow and an easy to use cover to pull over. The roll-up feature means that it doesn’t take up too much space in the living room, and yet is easily accessible when required. My children loved it!"

Imogen said: "This product is nicely made and has attractive print on, it rolls up easily for storage. My toddler has mostly stopped napping recently, but she was happy to snuggle down on the mat and enjoyed having her own special nap location. She didn't actually go to sleep, but she may have done it a few months ago."

Would you recommend this to other parents?

April said: "I would definitely recommend this product to all mothers, describing the ease for unfolding (my child likes to do this bit) and refolding is easy and the Velcro strips are firm but easy to use. I love the cute design on the pattern and is very soft and comfortable looking. My child sleeps well inside the nap mat and has developed a real likelihood for this to sleep with."

Imogen said: "Yes, it is useful to have somewhere designated for naps that is portable and comfortable, it feels well made and reasonable value for money, the blanket part covers over but isn't fixed so it's easy to get out of which is important when trying to encourage independent naps, it also stops her from getting to warm when lying in it."

Deborah said: "I really like the idea of taking this product elsewhere to use. It rolls up just like a picnic blanket and can be carried easily. The design is appealing to little ones and super comfy to lie on, without being too hot. The pillow is very comfortable and offers just the right level of firmness for a toddlers head. I can see me using this in the car or inflight when travelling and the children using it to rope play with their toys.

Would you choose this product above all others on the market?

Aaron said: "I think out of all the products of this kind on the market, I would choose this one overall. I love the various prints available, the roll-up design and the quality of the materials used; the bedding is super soft, cosy but also cool and the pillow provided is just the right firmness. The postage and packaging was great and there was a handwritten card included which is a really nice touch. The price point is also more or less spot on, especially for the quality of the item."

Joanne said: "I’d choose the Bloomsbury Mill Safari Adventure Nap Mat above anything else as both myself and my little boy love the design, the animals, the softness and the fact it’s all in one so nothing can get lost do separated. The pillow is even attached. It’s very handy for travelling too as it rolls up neatly quite compactly so good for holidays. I’ve not seen anything like it before and only wish I’d found it sooner!"

Deborah said: "I really loved the design. Initially, I thought it would be a little garish, but actually, they’re very sweet characters which the children loved. Extra bonus points for the animal names learnt whilst trialling this! The roll-up feature makes the best use of space and is easy to get back into its original state after unrolling. The padding in the cover and base is just the right amount as it’s not too marshmallow-like but equally as comfy!"

What changes would you make to this product?

April said: "I don't think there is anything I would change, to be honest. if I was to be picky I would request that you could remove the inner pillow for washing purposes. I would love to know if you would consider making large ones for adults or teenagers. I love this nap mat and do wish I had known about this product sooner it has made daytime napping so much easier while my child is elsewhere during the day.

Aaron said: "If I could change one thing about this product it would probably be the name card pocket. This is a very small, insignificant change but something that I noticed happened quite a bit. The card which the child can write their name on constantly slipped out of the see-through holder stitched onto the quilt. Perhaps a smaller entry/exit point for the card and more flexible material for the name card in order to get it into/out of a smaller entry. That being said, this still wouldn’t put me off buying and using this product."

Imogen said: "The pillow part is a little overstuffed, it seemed to hold her head at too sharp an angle which wasn't comfortable so she ended up lying further down on the mat to get comfortable, a slightly less well-filled rectangular shape would probably be comfier for little heads and necks. Other than that, I am happy with the product."
