Testing the Cosatto Woosh Trail

The Push chair is fairly lightweight with just general manoeuvring but could be lighter for lifting in and out of a vehicle. It compacts down to a very manageable size. It is very easy to carry when folded having the grab bar where it is in the design really eases to carry close to the body with a straight back. The folding mechanism being on the handle is so easy to use! Literally can unfold the pushchair with one hand.

The brakes are very effective but we both feel it can be very difficult to release the brake, possibly would be easier to use if the on/off brake had a larger footplate and possibly the mechanism was switched.

The turning circle could be improved, in tight spots it can be difficult to manoeuvre. We have taken it across a range of terrains including grass and gravel and the product handles every substrate. The whole structure feels very durable and reliable.

Perfect suitability for older babies and toddlers. The pushchair is too big for newborns. The seat itself doesn’t offer enough support or protection and the fastening straps do not allow to be tightened enough to support a smaller child. Possibly if the product come with a newborn insert then I am sure it would be perfect. Our little one falls asleep in it so he seems to be comfortable enough.

The storage basket is more than big enough and very useful for changing bags and anything we might take out on the day. It feels very stable with no concerns of it tipping or collapsing.

The material it is made from is incredibly easy to clean and also dry. We love the extended hood and the viewing hatch, seems very UV resistant too. Being able to raise and lower the seat back is a great idea, as you can tailor it specifically for your baby’s needs. The pattern seems very good for sensory and keeps our little one occupied.

Final verdict

The overall height of the push chair it’s pretty tall and I feel shorter parents would struggle a bit with the height. When folded the chair itself won’t free stand on its end. So it can be very difficult to store as it will fall over. The brake pedal being larger and more accessible possibly with the mechanism operating in the opposite direction it does currently. A new born insert would be a great addition. Having more ability to tighten straps to go smaller would help.
