Did the job reasonably enough and great if you want a model that's close to a traditional buggy. Unfortunately, it’s never going to set any hearts on fire when there are better, more modern-looking and lighter options on the market these days.
This model is more like a traditional buggy and handles like one, but is larger and heavier. This does mean that while some would like it as a pushchair for older babies, the newborn mode isn’t up to scratch because it is too flimsy. It is also gives a bumpy ride over gravel or cobbles and rattles a lot when pushing. The brakes were quite stiff at first and the straps were difficult to adjust.
An umbrella-fold means it takes up less space and it’s quite light to push overall
The Hauck does have a good-sized shopping basket and the seat unit is reversible, and the fact that it’s an umbrella-fold means it takes up less space and it’s quite light to push overall. While it does seem well made the handles are hard and quite uncomfortable.
