2015 – Shortlisted for 'Best Pushchair' Award!

Phil&Teds’ Navigator pushchair is best for travelling over rough terrain. It has air tyres, great suspension and a simple emergency brake, which is useful on steep hills (busy roads too).

The seats are roomy and the footrest is a big plus! The pushchair folds easily and compactly, and its three wheel design incites effective manoeuvrability. The basket is a good size but it's inaccessible when the pushchair’s in 'double mode'. The hood is also quite flimsy.

The carrycot option places baby quite close to the ground, which might be off-putting for some parents, and the overall design lacks impact in terms of style. It is, however, sturdy and reliable, which makes the Navigator a worthy purchase.

2015 – Shortlisted for 'Innovation of the Year' Award!

Phil&Teds' Navigator pushchair is a good size and design for two children, and is easy to push and navigate. It’s great on all terrains and folds compactly for convenient transportation. The components fit together easily – the second seat attaches without hassle – and the stroller is narrow and lightweight (great for city use).

The seats are comfortable and the sun hood pockets are a nifty, new feature. The front wheel has great swivel and the auto-brake safety mechanism is a brilliant, innovative idea although some parents might find it difficult to adapt to its functionality – it can be a bit fiddly.  The shopping basket is  also a little too low to the ground.

The Navigator flexible, durable, sturdy, extremely versatile and great value for money! A fantastic product!

2014 – Shortlisted for 'Best Multiple, Twin or Tandem Pushchair or Accessory' Award!

The Phil&Teds Navigator is a practical, versatile product that is suitable for newborns and toddlers. The pushchair folds compactly and fits easily in the boot of a small car. The adjustable handle is great as is the wrist strap, which, if used, will prevent the pushchair from rolling away. The pushchair is a smooth steer and is great for both country and city living.

Whilst the front seat is very spacious, the back seat is quite a lot smaller, with less foot space – better suited to a smaller child. The storage basket is big but difficult to access with two children in the pushchair. The front sun canopy is large but the one on the backseat is a bit flimsy. The instructions are complicated and without some internet help, one could be well and truly stuck.

Overall, it’s a sturdy, well-made product – quite expensive but worth the cost!

Review

Sleek and versatile, the Navigator works well as both a single and double buggy and is suitable for both urban and country life. Easy to push and fold it’s a great option for children of different ages.

A stylish all-terrain model that effortlessly converts from single to double, the streamlined chassis goes anywhere a single buggy can, but with seating for two. It’s versatile and can be used as a single with a carrycot, a travel system or you can add a second seat that’s suitable from six months.

It manoeuvres well, thanks to the air-filled tyres

It manoeuvres well, thanks to the air-filled tyres, and is easy to get on the bus and simple to collapse thanks to the one handed fold. Storage is limited, but overall, is a great choice and has great long term value as once your oldest child is walking you can simply transform it back into a single again. The Navigator is equally great for off road or through crowded streets, you can even steer it one-handed. It is slightly tricky to assemble though. The multi height adjustable handle is ideal for when different people are pushing.
