Orchard Toys’ Insey Winsey Spider is colourful, well illustrated and easy to play, with simple instructions. The ‘Insey Winsey Spider’ theme is familiar to little ones, enticing them to play – it’s a great introduction to board games.

As with most Orchard Toys products, the intent is to educate as well as enjoy and this game incorporates numbers, shapes and colours as well as general life skills like patience (waiting your turn) and good sportsmanship (something that does not come naturally to most three-year-olds). The board and the pieces are well made and the little spiders are fun to use as counters.

What makes the product great value for money (over and above the obvious) is that it’s 2 games in 1 – score! Smaller children will require adult supervision when playing Insey Winsey Spider but that is part of the fun – getting the whole family involved in the adventure!
