How did this product make your life easier?
Nicole: So easy to take out and about in baby's bag especially the travel size bottle. Helps to give me peace of mind when I need to clean a dropped dummy and don’t always have access to hot water. Now I always keep a bottle in baby's change bag for quick access to clean dummies, toys or surfaces quickly and easily.
Rosalind: I received the large spray bottle and small hand sanitising spray and both have been excellent to clean up after two little ones. I have always preferred spray sanitisers during the pandemic with my children. The gels often flop off hands or there is too much. The sanitising water spray gave me reassurance that my children's hands were sanitised well, offering a sense of security during these times. I also loved the large sanitising water to use at home. I mainly used this after meals but also for some toys and to clean the floor around the highchair. The bottle offers two spray functions and an off setting which means any surface can be cleaned, as well as ensuring that children can't play with it when it is off.
Ellie: This product has made going out and about with a baby so much easier because I don't have to worry about her dummy being thrown on the floor. There are plenty of times where I've forgotten her dummy clip and then we are stuck because it's her comforter. It means you don't have to track down boiling water or a steriliser so is ideal if you're out shopping. The product also makes going to places like softplay or playgroups so much easier because if you can see something in particular that you know your baby will try to put in their mouth you can spray before and after and have peace of mind they're not picking up or leaving any germs. It's also great for spraying changing areas that don't look like they've been cleaned in a while. There are so many uses for the product, I think I'll be a customer for many years to come!
Would you recommend this to other parents?
Hayley: I would recommend this product to a fellow mum because the convince of of this product is absolutely amazing - not only can you use the product to quickly sanitise, you can actually spray the product in your little one's mouth in case they have put anything dirty in there. You can also spray directly on to hands, no need to rinse.
Rosie: This is something every mum needs as every baby drops their toys! It just isn't practical to always take a favourite dummy or toy home every time when it's dropped on the floor so being able to use this on the go is perfect. I was worried it would have a funny smell but I don't mind it and neither does my baby.
Emma: The smaller spray is really great, you can just pop it into your baby's changing bag when going out and about and as mentioned above this can save on baby getting upset if they accidentally drop their dummy. I also use it when out in the garden, as my little one loves touching anything and everything and also stuffing his fingers in his mouth. A quick spray of the sanitising water on his hands and I feel more at ease knowing he's protected.
Would you choose this product above all others on the market?
Emily: It doesn’t have as many chemicals as other sanitising products have as it does not have the alcohol in. It’s child friendly and also safe on skin. I’ve never seen anything else like it, especially during the pandemic.
Nicole: The price is a big bonus for this product, it is competitive but not over priced, I have trust in the brand and it's available in a range of places which make it easy to pick up when out shopping or order for delivery to home. The packet is simple and effective and easy to read, easy to use and no horrible smells.
Kate: There are lots of sanitising, antibacterial and cleaning products on the market right now. On the face of it this product doesn't do anything different, but for me the important features are: it kills bacteria in seconds, it is safe to swallow (so you don't have to rinse) and it doesn't have a horrible taste or smell. In fact it doesn't have any taste or smell. I have lost count of the number of times I have eaten something after using hand gel and not enjoyed the experience because the lasting taste on my hands from gel has been disgusting. The Aquaint sanitising water is really gentle, it really is so good it's hard to believe it can be effective when everything else on the market is so harsh. It is just like water to smell, touch and taste yet it can kill 99.9% of bacteria? That's just ... wow.
What changes would you make to this product?
Becky: The lid! I spend my life doing things one handed with the baby in my other hand and if I'm going to use something while I'm out and about it needs to be something I can do one handed. It would be better if you could flick the lid on and off one handed. Other than that I liked the colours and label etc.
Nicole: I do like the product as it it, the bottles are easy to use with the built in spray function, there is no nasty smells or tastes to the spray and the travel sized spray is such an added bonus. Perhaps there could be some changes to the price, however for a trusted brand which has always worked well for me I am still happy to pay for it.
Rosalind: From a quick google it was hard to ascertain if the company offered refill packets to avoid having to keep buying the bottles time and time again. With recycling and reducing waste becoming important in wider society, as well as for myself, I feel that it would improve this product if refill options were available.
