Summer Infant Pop ‘N Play Ultimate Playpen

Giving your baby the freedom to play independently while also keeping her safe is one of the challenges we mums face. While most of us just about manage it at home, when you’re out and about, be it in the garden, park or at a friend’s house, it can be tough. That’s why we love Summer Infant’s new Pop ’n’ Play Portable baby playpen.

Watch our video of the playpen’s easy folding action (above).

When it’s folded up in its handy travel bag, complete with shoulder strap, it looks like a camping chair, and weighs just 5.5 kg. But you can open it out to a full-sized playpen in seconds.

It has mesh sides, so there’s no peering at your baby through the bars of a traditional playpen.

Plus, there’s a waterproof base, so your baby can’t get to all that ‘tasty’ grass and mud underneath, and she won’t get damp from wet grass or sand. Throw in a few toys, and it’s a great way to spend a bit of one-on-one time nearby with an older child, while your little one plays safely and happily in view.
