At a glance:
These spoons are excellent value for money, whilst being soft on little mouths. Our panel of mum testers loved the ergonomic design which were easy for little hands to pick up, leaving mum hands free.

Would you recommend this to other mums?
I love the colours as they make meal times more fun for my little one. There is such a variety of colours that each spoon in our drawer is different. I would also recommend these spoons because they are soft and easy to clean.
How did this product make your life easier?
The spoons are soft and gentle which makes feeding easier, and it’s great that you get a pack of three. It’s so important to have soft cutlery for little mouths as I don't have worry that they will scratch my baby's gums like normal cutlery would. They are also dishwasher friendly and very light so I can slot the packet in my pram bag. There are different colours so we can use one for breakfast, one for lunch and one for dinner.
Would you choose this product to win?
I really like the range of colours and think the Little Angels Spoon Set is a very good price. The only thing is that they are not heat sensitive (they don’t change colour if the food is too hot), but the price is very reasonable and heat sensitivity is not a necessity!
What changes would you make to this product?
There isn't anything I would change, these are great spoons for weaning!

Would you recommend this to other mums?
I would recommend these no-spills spoons to a friend, based on the fact that they are very easy for an infant to use. They are easy to clean and store away in a drawer or cupboard and can be transported around easily as they are lightweight.
How did this product make your life easier?
I wouldn’t say that this product made my life significantly easier. The starter spoon had no depth and was too flexible, but I really liked the other two. The handles are very easy for little hands to grip.
Would you choose this product to win?
I might not choose this product above all others on the market because I found the lack of depth to the first spoon inconvenient. But I do think the price is very reasonable for the set of spoons.
What changes would you make to this product?
I would add more depth to the starter spoon so that more food would be able to fit on it, and subsequently go into my baby’s mouth!

Would you recommend this to other mums?
I would recommend this set to a fellow mum because it offers two different styles of spoon: a bendy, rubbery one and the more classic, harder weaning spoon. Both styles have their own good qualities for different reasons. The bendy spoon is particularly fab as it makes feeding quicker and easier, due to its shape, meaning food glides off the spoon with every mouthful. The harder spoon works for when the baby is more used to solid foods, later on in the weaning stages.
How did this product make your life easier?
These weaning spoons are a great product. I find the bendy, clear spoon is very handy as the surface is like a smooth scoop, meaning all the food slides into my baby’s mouth very easily. They are also a decent size, not too big and not too small, so my daughter took to these very quickly.
Would you choose this product to win?
Yes, I would choose these spoons to win a Mother & Baby award. When these arrived I was a little bit doubtful, as I have stuck with the same weaning spoons since my daughter was six-months-old, however after using them a couple of times, I was converted! This product really stands out because it gives you two different choices of spoon in one pack.
What changes would you make to this product?
If I could change anything about the weaning spoon pack I would make the scoop on the rubber bendy spoon slightly thinner. Apart from that I loved the product.

Would you recommend this to other mums?
I would definitely recommend these spoons to fellow mums that are weaning. They are lovely to look at and come in some great colours. They are also easy to use and wash as well. My baby seemed to find them comfortable to eat with, even when teething. The addition of the little stand is a very clever idea and worked really well, meaning mess was minimised (as much as it can be when you’re baby-led weaning!). They are easy for mum to hold too - very ergonomic. They’re great for all kinds of runny foods like yoghurt, porridge and purees and are very easy to clean too, with no nooks and crannies for germs to get stuck.
How did this product make your life easier?
The ergonomic design makes the spoons easy for baby to hold herself. The small heads mean there is less mess overall as the whole spoon can go into baby's mouth. Anything that reduces the amount of mess in weaning stages is a God send!

I think that, purely on price, these spoons are market leaders - what fantastic value for money! Baby-specific spoons are not something I'd want to spend a lot of money on and these spoons are absolutely perfect. They look sleek and are easy for both myself and the baby to use.
What changes would you make to this product?
The only negative I experienced is that the spoons are rather long and take up a lot of room in a lunchbox. But that is just a personal complaint and not something that would really bother me. Overall, they are easy to use, hygienic, my baby loved them and I can see them being used for years and years – thank you Asda!
