My daughter managed to remove one of the stars, which gave her access to the squeaker inside—a choking hazard,” Ben warned.

"I contacted Venture, who said they hadn’t seen this issue before and immediately sent out a replacement panel. The second panel was completely fine, so I would assume they had a manufacturing fault with the first. Looking at customer reviews online, no one else has reported similar, so I must have been unlucky."
